Twenty-five, a redhead, and living in the Jordaan, Colleen talks easily and listens better. English is her only language, and she uses it plainly, which suits the engineers and consultants who pass through the airport business district every few weeks. She has no interest in pretending a session is anything other than what she said it was at the door. Plenty of her bookings are in the canal ring, and the ones out by the runways are arranged ahead, with travel agreed before anything is fixed.

Colleen decides which bookings she takes and may decline any of them; she sets the limits for what a session includes, says what they are, and may end a visit at any point, as the terms set out.
