Conference Weeks in the Business District by the Airport

A few times a year the business district by the airport changes character for a week. For regular visitors who come for their own work in those weeks, the booking pattern that runs smoothly the rest of the year needs a small adjustment, and knowing what changes ahead of time makes the week easier.

A conference week is a peak date

The therapist's side does not change either. She decides whether she accepts a booking, and in a busy week she may decline more of them. At the start of the visit she says in her own words what the session includes and where her limits are. Every person in the room has to be twenty-one or over, and she may ask to see a photo document when she arrives.
